A promenade performance for adults & children aged 8+* using storytelling, sound and the great outside to tell stories of myths and ghosts of Norfolk. Come and enjoy a Halloween experience like no other. The whole experience will take approximately 1.5 hours. *There is an adult only performance on Friday 28th October. |

Children's Theatre Party3pm Shows - Thursday 27th, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th October It's time to party at our Children' Haunted Deepdale Theatre Party! Do you want to see a witch or a ghost in the story? Especially for the children aged 11 & under we offer a chance for everyone to have fun, play the communal games and watch an improvised theatre show based on the ideas given by the audience on the day. The show will have lots of elements for the audience to get involved in, decide the story, help create the characters and boo and hiss as often as you wish. Come dressed up if you want, there will be time for hot chocolate, a time to solve the treasure hunt and of course watch a great fun show. This party is aimed at children aged 11 & under, there will be themes of Halloween, sounds, chances of shouting out with loud noises. Everyone must have a ticket to enter, if you have a child under 5 please reserve a ticket for them even though you do not pay or they are in a pram. Sorry but no dogs unless they are Guide Dogs. |

Keeping safe during COVID times: We will meet the Covid rules at the time of the event and we'll send instructions nearer the time. If you have Covid symptoms, stay at home.
Deepdale Haunted is aimed at being spooky more than scary, theatrical more than scare acting.
Age recommendations:
It is the responsibility of the ticket buyer to check suitability for the members of their party.
The Ghosthunter's Mark - Adult and children aged 8+
Children's Theatre Party - Children aged 11 & under
Weather:
This is October in England, by the coast, so please dress with this in mind.
We offer some overhead protection within the performance, you will be required to walk around the site.
If we cancel a show due to extreme adverse weather, tickets will be exchanged for a different date. There are no refunds for bad weather.
Dogs:
The Ghosthunter's Mark - Dogs are welcome if they are small and can be carried. No dogs on leads are allowed and barking dogs will be asked to leave with their humans. Sorry!
Children's Theatre Party - Sorry but no dogs unless they are Guide Dogs.
Accessibility:
The performance site is lit. The terrain is grass or bark chips.
There are accessible toilets just outside of the performance area onsite at Dalegate Market.
Some parking is hard standing, some is gravel/grass and some is road side.
If you are a wheelchair user and need someone to accompany you, you pay for one ticket, not two.
Carers - When accompanying a disabled visitor, adult (18+) carers can visit free of charge. A carer is a person over the age of 18 who provides help and
support to an individual who is in receipt of DLA (disability living allowance) or PIP (personal independence payment). The term carer should not be confused with a foster carer or care assistant – unless the person they are caring for receives DLA or PIP.
We will provide a full written transcript to follow for anyone hard of hearing.
We aim to provide a safe and enchanting experience, we are not deliberately trying to scare you with loud bangs or noises, nor will there be strive lighting.
If you would like to have a calming badge, please ask for one on your arrival.
These badges help the actors to know not to approach that person during the audience interaction elements of the performance. Badges have a pumpkin on them.
Parking:
There is onsite parking, and roadside parking. There are no reserved
spaces. Please drive slowly, there may be little people and ghosts running
around.
Late arrivals:
There will be no late admissions 15 minutes after your show time begins.
There are no refunds issued for tickets not used or for late arrivals.
Food and Drink:
There will be hot and cold drinks, cake and biscuits for sale. The Orchard
is at Dalegate Market,
which has shops, pop up shops, a cafe and supermarket onsite.
No alcohol allowed into the performance other than during the adult only
performances
Health Concerns:
This is not a scary performance however it is outside and you do need to move
through the area in all weathers. Please only come if you feel well
enough.

We welcome you uploading your photos to your social media, use the hashtag #HauntedDeepdale so we can all see them. Any photographs taken while at Haunted
Deepdale shall not be sold or used for commercial purposes without prior consent of Slow Theatre Company.
