Pop Up Flower & Plant Stall

Here at Dalegate Market we’re really pleased to be hosting Lilac Nurseries on the first Sunday of each month throughout the year*, with a wonderful seasonal selection of flowers, plants and other gardening items.
Have a browse of the wonderful selection of plants on offer.
Order any special plants you might be dreaming of planting, and pick them up the following Sundays as arranged.
Have a chat with Cecil or his father, Stan, for some advice about the right plant for that special place in your garden.
Seasonal offerings will include:
January to March
Seed potatoes, Vegetable seeds, Onion sets, Soft fruit and Fruit trees, Summer flowering bulbs, Shrubs, Climbers, Primroses and Spring bulbs in flower
April to June
Bedding plants, Patio and Hanging basket plants, Vegetable plants, Alpines, Heathers, Hardy perennial border plants, Shrubs, Climbers, Herbs and Roses.
July to September
Shrubs, Climbers, Perennial plants, Herbs, Heathers, Spring bulbs (end of July onwards), Winter flowering pansies, Wallflowers, Other Autumn bedding plants, Japanese onion sets and Garlic
October to December
Last of the Spring Bulbs, still Shrubs and Climbers, Japanese onion sets, Garlic (October only), Bare root Soft Fruit and Fruit Trees, Hedging and Ornamental trees.
The run up to Christmas is Holly Wreaths, Holly Crosses, Fruit Wreaths, Potted Hyacinth and Paperwhites.
Also throughout the year are Planted tubs, Bowls and Troughs for gifts.
Also a selection of Plastic tubs, Troughs and Saucers - lots of different sizes for you to plant yourself.
If the weather is seriously inclement, then some Sundays may be missed.

Price: FREE to visit and FREE parking, but naturally purchases have to be paid for
Location: By the beach hut pop up shops from Easter to October. In the front car park in the Winter.
